Policies

Check In: 3:00pm -6:30pm.
Later check-in must be previously arranged. Early Check-In depends on Room avalibility.
Check Out: 11:00am.
Late Check-Out depends on Room avalibility. A $20 late check out fee will be applied.

Discounts:
Military, Police, EMS, Fire personel 5%... 1 night req.
Beginning-Week (Off-Season, Monday-Wednesday) 5%... 2 night req.  
Extended Stay 10%... 4 night req.
Whole House Rental 10% ... 2 night req.
Buisness Travel ... 2 nights req ... Please inquire when making reservation

(Discounts DO NOT apply to non-The Inn at Hickory Gift Certificates/Cards. No multiple discounts allowed. Discounts may change at any time. Please check with us about any discount when making your reservations.)

All overnight guests must be at least 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. 


Deposit:
A Visa/MasterCard number is needed to hold your reservation.
(1) night deposit for 2-3 nights; 50% deposit required for 4 or more days booked, or two or more rooms booked.

Additional Persons:
$25.00 per guest per night. Rates are based on Single/Double Occupancy.

Please Note: We do not accept children under the age of 12 years (Unless the entire inn is rented ). Please check with innkeepers prior to making your reservations. All overnight guests must be at least 21 years of age, unless accompanied by an parent or guardian. 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received at least 14 Days before the arrival date.**  ***
A $25 processing fee, per room, will be charged for all cancellations. 

** Multiple Room or Full House Rental (1 night "house rental") requires ONE-MONTH advance notice. A processing fee for each room rented, PLUS 50% of the deposit will be deducted from refund. For multiple night "Full House Rentals" .... deposits are nonrefundable.  IF CANCELLATIONS DO NOT FALL WITHIN TIMELINES GIVEN, guests are responsible for payment of ALL NIGHTS reserved.

LAST MINUTE BOOKED ROOMS(within 1 week-1day of stay): (1) night deposit. Guests are responsible for ALL NIGHTS reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.

EARLY CHECK-OUT: IF a room is booked for (2) nights, an early check-out will be charged of the first night stay PLUS 50% of the second night stay, and A processing fee of $25 will be added. For (3) OR more Nights booked; an early check-out will be billed for the entire time of stay booked. Multiple Room or Full House Rental; Guests are responsible for ALL NIGHTS reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.

*** NO REFUND DATES:  Holidays (day before, Holiday day, day after), Hickory Rock Barn Golf CLASSIC, and any special HICKORY FURNITURE shopping events.


Pet Fees & Requirements:
Dog: $20 per night (Up to 35lbs)... Limit (1).
For the comfort and safely of our other guests... No Large  and some Medium Sized Dogs, no matter how well behaved they may be.

Cat: $10 per night. (To be kept in room only)

All pets must be approved by the Innkeeper prior to making reservations. Pet deposit may be required. Pets must have all recommended shots, be flea/tick treated, are to be well groomed and well behaved.

Guests are responsible for any and all damage(s) caused by their pet. Additional charges for damages will be assessed to either the card used to pay for the room rental, OR the card used to hold your reservation. Additional charges may be charged to your card after guest check-out.


*** Dog Guidelines ***
Our guests with dogs must understand that The Inn at Hickory's other guests might not be as welcoming as we are to your four footed family members.

* Dogs are not allowed in the dinning area at anytime.

* Dog owners must keep them leashed while around other guests.

* Please No Barkers... (No one likes to be barked at, including us).

* Dogs are not allowed on furniture (Including guest's beds).

* Dogs are not allowed to be left unaccompanied in guest rooms; unless they have their own kennel.

* If your dog becomes a nuisance to the inn's other guests, you will be asked to put him/her away... if him/her remains to be a nuisance, you may be asked to find alternative accommodations (guests are still responsible all days booked, regardless of early check-out).

(The Inn at Hickory is not responsible for the actions of your pet)


Guest Responsibility for Damages:  Please note that guests can and may be assessed for damages to the inn's property. This includes BUT is not limited to: furniture, structure, floors, rugs, and any room linens.

We provide eating areas; therefore any damages to the inn's property due to eating in your room, may be assessed to the room. (If dining wear is needed ... please just ask).



Additional charges for damages will be assessed to either the card used to pay for the room rental, OR the card used to hold your reservation. Additional charges may be charged to your card after guest check-out.
